- Email support@toriclient.com - A response within 72 hours
- Open a ticket in our Discord server (https://discord.gg/toriclient) - A response between 10 minutes and 48 hours
- Please do not ping staff in your ticket. Our staff live in different time zones and all live different, busy lives. It may take us a few hours or in some cases even a few days to respond. Be patient.
- Follow https://nohello.net. You will get a solution quicker if you state your problem right away instead of waiting for us to respond first.
We ask that you please do not ping staff or spam DM staff in our Discord server. You will not receive a response faster, and you may be removed from the community without warning. Please respect our staff's personal lives.
We also ask that you please speak English when asking for support, or we will not be able to assist you.
